Mentorship Matters Coaching for Young Women

Cultivating unshakable confidence, identity, and strength.

About Maggie Mitzel

Hi there! I’m Maggie Mitzel—a teen life coach who believes mentorship matters for everyone, but for the forming hearts of teen girls, it’s absolutely essential. My own journey with mentorship began at 17, when I was navigating ADD, anxiety, and recovering from a spinal fusion that left me unable to stand on my own. In that season, mentorship became the hand that pulled me out of bed—reminding me that I was capable, strong, and worthy of showing up to my life. That experience changed everything for me, and it sparked the calling I’ve carried ever since: to be that kind of support for other girls.

Over the years, I’ve poured into teens through small groups, sports, dance, public speaking, volunteering, pageantry leadership, and nonprofit coaching programs. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies with an emphasis in Behavioral Science, became a Registered Behavior Technician supporting neurodivergent youth and children with disabilities, and gained extensive experience in emotional regulation, communication, and behavior support.

Today, I’m completing my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and pursuing my life coaching certification, blending clinical knowledge with relational, strengths-based mentorship. I have a special heart for teen girls navigating confidence, anxiety, friendship challenges, comparison, social pressure, ADD, and major life transitions.

My approach is warm, relational, structured, and deeply supportive. I offer practical tools, personalized guidance, and a grounded, compassionate presence. Girls leave our sessions feeling seen, encouraged, and equipped with the skills they need to thrive.

I believe the greatest gift we can give a young woman is a foundation strong enough to support any dream or circumstance—and I am committed to helping build that foundation, one girl at a time.
