The T.E.A.M.S. Coaching Growth Academy is the digital learning division of T.E.A.M.S. Coaching, created to bring the same proven mentoring strategies, life lessons, and character-building experiences that have impacted students and families for years into a flexible online learning environment.
Built on more than 20 years of experience as a teacher, coach, principal, mentor, and parent, the Growth Academy was designed to help students develop the skills that matter most—not just for school, but for life.
All of Coach Walker’s experience and perspectives can now be accessible to more students that can learn and benefit from anywhere!

Every course is intentionally designed to move students beyond learning concepts to actually applying them in everyday life. The courses are strategically grouped to maximize effectiveness for those that could benefit from guidance in those general areas.
Each learning experience combines engaging instruction, guided reflection, family involvement, accountability, and ongoing challenges to help students build habits that create lasting growth.
Whether students are preparing for middle school, entering high school, learning to communicate more effectively, building confidence, or developing leadership skills, every course is built around practical strategies they can begin using immediately.

That’s why every Growth Academy course includes a dedicated Parent Companion Video that explains what students learned, reinforces key concepts, and provides practical conversation starters and coaching strategies families can use at home.
Our goal is to create a common language between students and parents so learning continues well beyond the screen.

Every student is invited to become part of the T.E.A.M.S. Coaching Growth Academy Community inside Kajabi. This ongoing community transforms learning into action by encouraging students to apply the skills they’ve learned throughout the school year.
Students can participate in personal growth challenges, earn points for positive accomplishments, and celebrate milestones with peers who are committed to becoming the best version of themselves.
